Today, Spanish cuisine has exploded across the globe, at BCN Taste & Tradition, the dishes are a combination of high-quality ingredients and cooking techniques that create a highlight that conquers diners.

Barcelona is home to chef Luis Roger and owner Ignacio Torras. With love for their homeland and the desire to introduce typical Spanish cuisine, they founded the restaurant BCN Taste & Tradition. The restaurant is divided into two floors, the lower floor can accommodate about 54 guests and 10 seats in the bar area, the upper floor has two separate dining rooms providing private space for private parties with a capacity of about 25 People.

When entering the BCN restaurant, visitors will feel like they are in a miniature Spanish space in the large city of Houston. From the clean, modern lines and colors of the space to the priceless wall paintings by Picasso and Miró to the elegant utensils used to serve the food, everything is Spanish in style.

Regarding the menu, diners can fully expect traditional coastal Spanish dishes with many imported ingredients prepared in a modern style.

One of the famous appetizers in BCN is slices of j amón ibérico de bellota placed on crispy bread with a ripe tomato. Bacalao dishes in BCN are blocks of salted cod It is sure to be adorned with crispy potato strands, served on a toasted bell pepper sauce with cherry tomatoes for a wonderful sweet and sour taste. Lemon Tart made with crispy philo, aged rum raisins and iced pineapple soup with coconut foam is the restaurant's favorite dessert.

BCN Taste & Tradition's bar offers a wide selection of alcohol along with signature Mediterranean-style cocktails. A special glass of Gin Beefeater with a light orange color like a sunset thanks to the wine impregnated with turmeric, decorated with slices of blood orange and undulating cypress fruit is a favorite drink at the restaurant.
