The restaurant uses 2 floors of an old apartment building in Trung Hoan area: the ground floor sells traditional cakes, the second floor specializes in serving traditional Cantonese Dim Sum dishes. The restaurant has 50 tables in total with a maximum capacity of 300 diners at the same time. You will have to actively find your own seats, you may have to sit with diners you don't know if you come during peak hours.

The restaurant serves a variety of delicious traditional teas with different flavors such as oolong tea, lotus tea, jasmine tea.... The waiter will give you two cups with each meal; You will use the large cup to make your own favorite tea and pour it into a smaller cup to slowly sip and enjoy. When the hot water runs out, you just need to open the lid of the large tea cup and the waiter, with a traditional kettle, will come and fill you up with hot water.

Dim Sum is served by traditional trolleys. You need to get the cards in advance at the ordering counter and automatically approach the carts to get the food. The waiter will give you the requested dish and put a stamp on the card stating that the food has been served and the card will no longer be valid. Besides the delicious Dim Sum dishes, you can also find some special dishes with chicken, duck, carp prepared in traditional Cantonese style.
