Tea ceremony is considered an ancient cultural example of Japan, enjoying tea is an art with interesting principles that drinkers must follow. The spirit of the tea ceremony is always based on four basic principles: Peace, Glass, Purity, and Peace. The Japanese often organize tea drinking in gardens or tea rooms in quiet places for drinkers to relax and enjoy. Besides drinking tea, tea drinkers are often served with small seasonal cakes with eye-catching shapes like some cakes to enhance the taste of tea. Coming to the course, you will be introduced to instructions on the process of making tea, how to have a good teapot like the Japanese, tea makers must always adhere to 5 basic principles from choosing water to make tea, boil, warm utensils, make tea, how to pour tea and enjoy tea. Courses run for 60 minutes. Coming to the ancient capital of Japan, you will not only learn about historical sites but also learn about culture through the tea ceremony.
