1. Personal Documents
- Passport (valid for at least 6 months from the date of departure) + old passport if available;
- Soft copy photo, size 3.5×4.5 cm;
- Citizen identification card;
- Marriage certificate (if traveling with spouse);
- Child's birth certificate (if traveling with a child under 14 years old).
2. Work Documents
* If you are an employee:
- Employment confirmation letter in English;
- Employment contract;
- VssID showing the social insurance contribution process;
- Application for leave;
* If you are a business owner:
- Business registration certificate;
- Tax payment receipts for the last 3 months;
* If you are a student:
- Student ID card;
- Student confirmation letter;
* If you are retired:
- Retirement passbook;
- Retirement decision.
3. Income Proof Documents
- Bank statement of the last 6 months showing salary deposits;
- Savings account passbook with a minimum balance of 5,000 USD and a balance confirmation letter, open 03 months before the application date, and due date before the tour end date;
- Other documents: land use rights certificate, car registration.

2. Work Documents
* Proof of employment and purpose of the trip:
- Employment confirmation letter in English;
- Official business trip assignment letter in English;
- Business registration certificate;
* Documents from Japan:
- Invitation letter;
- List of visa applicants (if applying for 2 or more people);
- Business itinerary;
- Sponsorship letter;
- One of the following documents: copy of corporate registration; company profile; confirmation of employment.

* If the sponsor is covering the travel expenses, the following documents are required:
- Sponsorship letter;
- Copy of the sponsor's passport;
- Sponsor's residence permit;
- Proof of citizenship of the sponsor;
- Financial capability documents of the sponsor.
