• Consolidation and Construction (1874-1926): After Father Éveillard's death, Father Louis-Eugène Louvet (Father Ngôn) took over and reconstructed the church and schools in the late 19th century. He rebuilt the church, schools, and opened the Tan Dinh School for the Deaf. The Mission Press continued operating under Father Jean-François-Marie Génibrel, notable for his scholarly works on language.
• Maturity (1926-1945): The church and surrounding structures were renovated and upgraded, especially between 1928-1929 under the supervision of Father Jean-Baptiste Nguyễn Bá Tòng. The bell tower and vestibule were added, along with several other renovations.
• Development (1945-1974): In 1957, the church was repainted in its striking pink color and continued to be maintained in subsequent years.
• Present (1974-present): Part of the Sainte Enfance de Tan-Dinh School is used by the Sisters of Saint Paul, and the remaining area has become the site for Hai Ba Trung Secondary School.
