Owned and operated by Tiziano and Mirko Pacucci, two Roman brothers with a passion for food and drink, Barred offers a small but curated selection of creative, comfort food, including seasonal ingredients.

BAЯRED was born from the idea of two brothers who, after professional training in different backgrounds, always connected with a great passion for the culinary world, decided to combine the ideas and energy to give life to what they have always wanted.

The main aim is to bring back the roots of a healthy diet by following the seasonality of the products and their naturalness, showing the true taste of the food proposed honestly. and sincere, just like nature provides.

Quality of raw materials and respect for food are essential, to communicate good directly and effectively without ever losing the "right".
