The Istanbul International Food Festival is a 3-day festival for culinary art lovers around the world, organized by the Federation of Turkish Chefs. The festival takes place at the Eyup Arts & Culture Center in the Eyup district of Istanbul. The festival is also a partnership with the World Association of Chefs (WACS).

Every February for the past 14 years, Istanbul has hosted an International Food Festival that aims to create a distinct image of Turkish Cuisine by combining traditional Turkish dishes with international cuisines to create new unique associations.
