The permanent collections are exhibited on the first and second floors of Gallery A, connected by a large spiral staircase. Artwork from these collections is displayed and changes seasonally, four times a year.

On the second floor there is a large glass window area, which overlooks the outer grounds of the Hokkaido gallery decorated with some impressive modern art sculptures, it is also a pleasant place to relax. and stroll around.
