Alanya Castle and Alanya Cable Car, attract a lot of attention from tourists from all over the world as it is a new way to visit the historical sites in Alanya. The Alanya Teleferik cable car route has 14 carriages running continuously. These eight-passenger carriages will depart continuously every 19 seconds. The wagons will slow down when they reach the station, making boarding and disembarking sequentially. The Alanya cable car system only closes when the weather is windy at storm level for safety reasons.

While reaching Alanya castle by cable car, the Ehmedek part of the castle is the first historical monument you will see. Get off the cabin, continue walking along the small streets, you will see the entire Seljuk era, renovated under the Ottomans. Next is Suleymaniye mosque will come. Behind the covered market, you can visit Sandık Emini Kayhanlar - Traditional Handicraft Center. Inaccessible in this central area are the Akşebe Sultan Mosque and the Tomb and cistern as the area is not yet open to tourists. By following the signs in front of the Handicraft Center, you can reach Alanya Castle. On the way are the ruins of Seljuk Baths.
