Düden Falls is a group of waterfalls in Antalya, Turkey consisting of two magical waterfalls, Upper Duden and Lower Duden. This beautiful waterfall ends where the Lower Düden falls from a cliff straight into the Mediterranean Sea.

The two sources of the falls have the same amount of water as a river, called Kirkgozler and Pinarbasi. They converged after a short distance and formed the Biyikli hole and disappeared in it. The word Duden means a hole that swallows up sources of water. Some of these holes can be so large that they drown rivers and lakes. Starting at Dudenbasi, the river Duden splits into several trenches that eventually flow into the Mediterranean from the eastern slopes of a cliff more than 40 m high. Dudenbasi is more than just a waterfall, there are also several caves and verdant environments that will leave you impressed.

Upper Duden Falls

Upper Duden Falls, located on the Duden River, also known as Alexander Falls, 10 kilometers north of the city center, is almost a piece of paradise. Water flows down from a height of 20 m in the Kirkgoz area. The tombs carved in the rock can be seen below the waterfall. Upper Duden Falls also has caves below that are worth seeing. The surrounding area of the waterfall is designed as a picnic area. Visitors can take public buses and minibuses to get here.

Lower Duden Falls

Lower Duden Waterfall is 8 km from the city center close to Karpuzkaldiran beach on the way to Lara.

Duden Creek creates this magical waterfall and plunges about 40 meters into the sea in amazing clouds of water. The panorama of Lower Duden Falls looks like a painting when viewed over Genclik Park right next door. If you have a chance, you can also watch the waterfall from a boat in the sea.

Duden Waterfall is an ideal place for picnics or for those who are looking for relaxing moments in a peaceful natural setting.

Kurşunlu . Falls

Kurşunlu Falls, located northeast of Antalya, is one of the tributaries of the Aksu River that descends from the plateau to the coastal plain through a 2km-long gorge. Surrounded by pine forests, the place has only one main waterfall, from a height of 18 meters, but there is a chain of seven lakes in the gorge, each provided by smaller cascades. Visitors can enjoy this natural wonder by walking around and cutting through the waterfall in about 45 minutes.
