Even before the kitchen serves the first course, the restaurant in the Zürich Museum impresses with its successful blend of modern and classic in a relaxed atmosphere.
Spitz restaurant impresses with a diverse menu combining high-class cuisine and a bit of fun. This is due to a quartet of young Zürich who grew up in Zürich's old town: designers Simon Leuzinger, chefs Basil Nufer and Markus Ott and brother Benjamin. Chef Markus Ott has had a decisive influence on Zürich's club scene for many years now (like clubs “Zununft” and “Kauz”), while Benjamin Ott and Nufer run a catering and restaurant company. Stazione Paradiso in the old train on Letten. Together, they run the movement at Spitz professionally and sustainably.
