Birdsong organic cafe

Located in the quaint village of Bandra on the outskirts of West Mumbai, Birdsong Café with its large floor-to-ceiling windows sets the perfect mood for a relaxed meal. The entrance has high arched windows and covered shutters with double doors facing the street. Natural light filters through the slats in the window, so a table by the window would be the best place.

The shop has leafy plants in concrete planters forming a green wall and moss green concrete floor. The bakery counter is also made of natural colored concrete and the walls painted with chalkboards display the menu.

The menu includes coffee dishes inspired by Continental, Mediterranean, Middle Eastern, Mexican and Indian cuisine, with a focus on all things organic and healthy. The restaurant also has many options for breakfast such as only eggs but also served in many different ways. There are also portion breakfast options available such as the Birdsong Organic Sweet Breakfast and for those on a Keto diet, the Birdsong Organic Keto Breakfast. If anyone loves avocado, they can choose avocado bread that is light, fresh and not too heavy. Diners can also try the caramelized onion risotto, a rich risotto with the sweetness of caramelized onions. The dessert special features the vegan chocolate cake, which is dense, chocolatey and delicious.

They also have an organic tea menu and a variety of dishes for different diners such as fish cake sandwiches, shredded chicken sandwiches, buttermilk grilled chicken for non-vegetarians. Vegetarian diners can opt for a lean avocado pizza, a goat cheese Risotto, a vegetarian omelette and a vegan meatball curry.
