This is a restaurant serving Thai-style seafood dishes located in Kalim, about 1km north of central Patong, along the scenic sea route leading to Kamala beach, Pan Yaah Restaurant has been open for many years and is a great place to enjoy a romantic dinner, especially is at sunset."

The restaurant is located close to the beach, built on top of large granite rocks and diners can hear the waves crashing below. The interior of the restaurant is mainly dark wood with dim lights creating a cozy space. The restaurant also has a terrace overlooking the sea.

As a beachfront restaurant, seafood is the main culinary category served at Pan Yaah. The restaurant has an English menu full of ingredients for visitors who don't know Thai and Thai food. The standout dishes at Pan Yaah are mussels with butter sauce, hor mok kanom krok (sea bass curry cooked in a clay pot), goong ob woonsen (rice vermicelli with large shrimp stewed in a pot) and pla nueng manao (sea bass) steamed in lemon and chili sauce). Another favorite dish is grilled whole fish, but usually this will be charged in kilograms.
