The shop sells porcelain bananas wrapped in baked sticky rice, banana cakes with coconut milk. The shop is very famous, opened more than 30 years ago and has always kept the taste to this day.
The main ingredients to make sticky bananas must be porcelain bananas that have just ripened. Sticky rice is mixed with grated coconut - to be both fat and not sticky to the leaves - cooked into sticky rice. Sticky rice is scooped out, wrapped around the banana. The banana that has been wrapped in sticky rice continues to be wrapped with a layer of banana leaves outside.
