Serein is located on Tran Nhat Duat street, near Dong Xuan market and only about 1.5km from the train track. This cafe is built in a house with many floors including 2 open terraces. This is a perfect space to see the historic Long Bien Bridge, Long Bien railway station and bustling Yen Phu street just below.
