The light-filled restaurant in the vibrant shopping complex serves classic Indian dishes transformed using fresh, local ingredients and fresh flavor combinations.

After running a small catering business and later, producing fresh chutneys to supply local groceries, Anita Jaisinghani continued her culinary career at Cafe's pastry division. Annie, where she honed her baking skills and learned the essentials of running a fine-dining restaurant. That was the first premise for Anita Jaisinghan to found Pondicheri restaurant and later received James Beard nominations for Best Chef Southwest 2011 and Best New Restaurant.

Encapsulated in a space of about 900 square meters in the center with large hand-made steel glass doors, Pondicheri restaurant is truly an architectural highlight. Floor-to-ceiling chrysanthemum curtains separate the seating areas, bright tiles cover the walls, industrial metal carvings, colorful decorative tiles from a New Delhi artist and even Other decorative details inside the restaurant remind visitors of India.

The dishes at Pondicheri restaurant are quite diverse, they are inspired by different regions of India and then modified through the talented hands of the chef. They create their own recipes, techniques and know-how to cook their dishes to give diners the most nutritious, vibrant and memorable flavors. The vibe of Mumbai's street food is evident with the many dishes and steel plates used for serving.
