The Sapporo Snow Festival is divided into three locations: Odori, Susukino, and Tsudome.

Odori Park is the main site of the festival, which is held on Sapporo's 1.5-kilometer main street. There will be over 100 snow/ice sculptures including giant ones the size of a building. Along the street, there will be shops and food/drink stalls, sculptures that are lit up at night, and an ice rink in front of Sapporo Tower.
