Neither Indians nor tourists need to spend money traveling around the world to see the Seven Wonders of the World. The newly opened Wonders of the World Park in Delhi will allow visitors to experience the Seven Wonders of the World in its best way. This is the first park in the world where all seven wonders of the world are built from waste products.

The South Delhi Municipal Corporation took the initiative to build this park with one goal in mind to carry out meaningful projects related to waste management and enhancing the aesthetic element of the city. The park is located near the Sarai Kale Khan interstate bus terminal and is spread over an area of more than 2 hectares. It was inaugurated by Home Secretary Rajnath Singh on April 18, 2019. Wonders of the World Park was built within six months by the artist, seven sub-artists and 70 welders.

The replica of the seven wonders of the world is entirely made up of waste products such as scrap car parts, metal fans, rods, bolts, nuts, iron plates, non-functional appliances, etc. .. In total, 150 tons of waste have been used to construct these structures. The restrooms inside the park are built using outdated shipping containers.

There are specific areas dedicated to selfie lovers. To meet the selfie demand, the park builders have ensured a dedicated area for those wishing to take selfies. In addition, the park also has a play area for children, many eateries and illuminated paths. The park is powered by solar panels installed in the park itself.

While the entrance fee to the park is INR 50 for adults and INR 25 for children aged 3 to 12, seniors over 65 and children under 3 enjoy free admission.
