See if it's right for yourself! Meet at 5:45pm at 6 Piazza della Signoria and walk to the nearby harbor of Uffizi ready for your romantic cruise down Arno.

Cruise down the river in a traditional Tuscan boat, very similar to Venice's iconic gondolas, and you'll get a unique view of Florence's waterfront sights. First, you will travel under the arch of the famous Ponte Vecchio. It's a popular site for marriage proposals these days, but the medieval bridge didn't always have such a history of love... your English-speaking guide will reveal the history chaos of one of the city's most iconic landmarks.

Continuing down the Arno, you'll come across the Ponte Trinità bridge, where you'll see the elegant architecture of the Frescobaldi and the Lanfredini Palazzos. Do you know who their previous residents were? Learn all about the fascinating Vasari Corridor and its use by Florence aristocrats throughout history.

Your boat trip on the Arno River will end at the original departure dock at 6:45pm.
