Kuay jab is a dish made of large rice noodles with deep-fried pork belly, sometimes even pork intestines and most importantly, served with a very light soup, with prices starting at Rs. 40 baht. It is so famous that you will definitely have to be patient to stand in line at an extremely crowded intersection if you want to enjoy this unique dish. If you're lucky, the bar can arrange a private table for you.
