This is a 6 hour workshop to answer all your questions on the science and topic of Yoga. From its history to different views of the human body. The unique program covers the philosophy of the Patanjali Sutra, the view of health in ancient times, and meditation. It talks about topics that are rarely discussed or talked about in Yoga courses or even TV shows. With special content, the half-day yoga program is gradually adjusted to be more suitable for those who love Yoga-Meditation. Therefore, you will learn more than you experience in regular Yoga classes.
Besides answering your questions about Yoga-Meditation, you will also learn some Yoga poses, deep breathing and meditation.
