Surrounded by beautiful greenery, Kurama Onsen offers you a wonderful experience of outdoor hot spring bathing. At the outdoor baths at Kurama Onsen, you can relax tired muscles after climbing the nearby Mount Kurama-dera Temple, or even hike across the mountain from Kibune. You can choose from all-inclusive indoor tanks, or bare-bones outdoor pools. If you're lucky enough to be there when it's snowing, you'll have a magical experience. Kurama Onsen Ryokan features a sauna and a hot spring bath with hydrogen sulfide and mineral water. Japanese-style rooms offer breathtaking natural views and free Wi-Fi. The free shuttle service picks up guests from Kurama Station.
