At 5:00 AM, our driver and tour guide will meet you at your hotel and take you to the boat station, where you'll board an authentic sampan (small boat) for a scenic morning river tour.
As you journey along the Can Tho tributary of the Mekong River, your boat driver will slow down to allow you to enjoy a breathtaking sunrise over the tranquil waters.

Next, you'll arrive at Cai Rang Floating Market, the largest and most iconic market in Can Tho and a must-see in the Mekong Delta. Here, you’ll have a unique opportunity to enjoy a breakfast on the river (included, with vegetarian options available), offering you an immersive experience and a closer look at local river life. Sip on coffee, taste fresh pineapple, and soak in the lively yet peaceful atmosphere.

Continuing your journey, the sampan will take you to a charming family-run noodle house in a nearby village. Watch as locals prepare vibrant, handmade noodles and discover the fascinating process behind this traditional craft. The family will treat you to a delicious noodle pizza made by the owner’s wife—an unforgettable local delicacy!

Leave the crowds behind as you embark on an intimate, peaceful sampan ride through Phong Dien's non-touristy canals, which wind through Can Tho’s lush, verdant landscapes. Often hailed as one of the most beautiful canal cities in the world by Getty Images, Can Tho’s canals are a hidden gem, offering serene views of nipa palms, mangroves, and coconut trees.

At 9:00 AM, your tour concludes with a return to your hotel in Can Tho City.
