Kebabs & Kurries is an exclusive Indian restaurant showcasing fine heritage dishes refined through years of research by renowned ITC Hotels chefs. Kebabs & Kurries captures the uniqueness and evolution of many cooking styles so diners can enjoy great food in a relaxed and casual atmosphere.

A signature fine-dining brand of the ITC hotel chain, Kebabs & Kurries celebrates Northwestern border cuisine. This dish originated in the remote areas of present-day Pakistan, bordering Afghanistan, which was a part of India that was not divided under British rule. Minimal seasoning and simple techniques, such as marinating and slow cooking in a clay tandoor oven, bring out a unique traditional flavor. Selected dishes from the hotel's other iconic traditional fine dining brands such as Peshwari naan, Bukhara spicy sauce, etc. are also on the menu.

There are also recommended dishes at Kebabs & Kurries such as stuffed beetroot roast, marinated boneless chicken feet, lamb's feet, Gilawat Kebab bread...

The inside of the restaurant is decorated to look like a North Indian royal fortress with a carved bronze entrance, Dholpur stone floors and carved wooden pillars. Handmade jute woven chairs with throw cushions, wooden and granite tables form the formal dining area. Another area resembles community dining, complete with benches and wooden camping tables. There are also show kitchens visible from every corner of the restaurant.

The service staff is polite and dedicated to ensure that guests have a meal that is both delicious and impressive.
