With inspiration from the poetess Ho Xuan Huong, John Nguyen and his team have created a Xuan restaurant with bold contemporary sound but without losing the inherent characteristics of a Vietnamese restaurant. With floor-to-ceiling windows and outdoor seating, SPRING is an ideal venue for group events or informal get-togethers. The restaurant offers a cozy and friendly space to enjoy dishes in typical SPRING style, and accompanied by Vietnamese craft cocktails that will bring great experiences to diners.

Spring is a combination of the North's culinary style, like the famous pho that is known by international friends when it comes to Vietnamese cuisine. The characteristic of this noodle dish is that the broth is cooked and sophisticatedly combined with herbs, in addition, it is served with pickled garlic and a hot and crispy waffle that makes a bowl of pho.
