The balance of tradition and modernity at La Table d'Eugène is ensured by a strict observance of seasonality. The menu is updated every 10 days. They are inspired by the herbs, vegetables and animals grown by the restaurant's own network of small purveyors.
Chef Geoffroy Maillard and sous chef François Vaudeschamp together create complex dishes with unique recipes. The five-course menu is already delicious, but if you can afford it, choose the eight-course menu for a complete meal.
