Antalya Zoo, one of the largest zoos in Turkey, was established on 400 acres of land and has almost 100 species of animals in it. Antalya Zoo, which attracts children's interest, is visited by hundreds of thousands of people every year. There are 100 animal shelters in Antalya Zoo including camel, antelope, deer, zebra, lion, wild sheep, giraffe, pony, wolf, pig, class cougar, bear, kangaroo , crocodile, sanke, birds of prey. The subdivisions in the Antalya Zoo are as follows:

Reptile house: there are snakes and crocodiles of all kinds inside the house. The total area is 650m2 on the temporary housing area, 350m2 in the winter part, 300m2 in the summer part.

Tactiles: this is a large area designed to suit their nature and surrounded by strings. In summer and winter, species such as red deer, star deer, antelope, mountain goats live in these shelters.

Single-hoofed fauna: summer and winter areas are also available for the animals that live here. In this section, there are species like donkey, zebra, pony.

Predator zone: in this area, including the summer and winter parts, predatory animals such as Lions, tigers and leopards live.

Part of birds of prey: the habitat of birds of prey is on high rocks, suitable for nature. 12 species of birds of prey of 4 different types are displayed here. Pheasant subdivision: Each cage is 40m2 wide with a total of 12 species of pheasants. Chicken coop: each coop is 20m2 wide and raises 9 different types of chickens. Rabbit cage area: each cage consists of 12m2 and has 4 different species of rabbits living.

If you want to get to the zoo by private vehicle, turn left from the intersection in front of the Ferro Chromium factory on Burdur Kepezalti Road. After about 2km, you will see the zoo. If you want to take the bus, you can take bus services 7,46,52 and get off at the last stop of the tram line. The entrance fee to Antanalya Zoo is TL 10 and free for children under 12 years old. You can visit Antalya Zoo 365 days a year.
