Day 01: Hanoi – Sapa
• Pick-up at the designated meeting point in Hanoi according to the selected departure time.
• Transfer to Sapa.
• Check-in at Cat Cat Hill Resort (early check-in subject to availability).
• Free time to explore Sapa town: Stone Church, town square, Cat Cat Village, mountain-view cafés.
• Overnight at the resort.
Day 02: Explore Sapa
• Buffet breakfast at the hotel.
• Free time to explore Fansipan (cable car ticket at own arrangement), Muong Hoa Valley, Ta Van, Lao Chai villages, etc.
• Relax and enjoy the resort’s year-round swimming pool and gym facilities.
• Overnight in Sapa.
Day 03: Sapa – Hanoi
• Breakfast at the hotel.
• Free time for shopping local specialties.
• Check-out.
• Transfer back to Hanoi at the scheduled time.
• End of services.

• Guests are advised to book early during peak seasons (weekends, public holidays, Tet).
• Transportation schedules and room availability are subject to change and must be reconfirmed prior to departure.
• Valid identification is required for hotel check-in and transportation.
• Weather in Sapa can change quickly; warm clothing and a light raincoat are recommended.

1. Cancellation by the guest
• Once payment is completed and confirmed, the booking/combo is considered valid.
• Cancellations are accepted (except for public holidays, Tet, group bookings, or services with specific policies).
Cancellation fees (based on the original price, excluding promotions):
• Cancellation 15 days prior to departure: 50% fee
• Cancellation 10 days prior to departure: 100% fee
• Cancellation within 10 days or no-show: 100% fee
The cancellation time is based on the time the cancellation request is confirmed by the operator via hotline or online system.

2. Group bookings & public holidays
• Applicable for groups of 05 guests or more, or departures during public holidays/Tet (at least 07 days before and after the holiday).
• Cancellation fees will be determined by the tour operator according to transport and hotel policies.
• By making the booking, guests are deemed to have accepted these terms.

3. Pay-on-board tickets (not prepaid)
• For tickets paid upon boarding, the tour operator is not responsible for any refund or compensation if the guest fails to take the journey for any reason.

4. Refunds
• Approved refunds will be processed via bank transfer or other mutually agreed payment methods.
• Processing time depends on the bank and usually takes several working days.
• Transaction, handling, and delivery fees are non-refundable.
• If the refund has not been received within 05 working days, please contact Global DMC for assistance.
