Pleichuet Church is located at Truong Dinh Street, Thang Loi Ward, about 4.4 km from Pleiku city center. This is the only church with the architecture of a communal house of ethnic minorities in the Central Highlands in Gia Lai.

Pleichuet Church was built in 2005, besides the familiar name Pleichuet church, this place is also known as Pleichuet mission center or Pleiku Rong house church. Pleichuet Church was built according to the model of the Rong house of the Jrai people, managed and cared for by the Redemptorist Fathers. Pleichuet Church is designed in the style of villages in the north of the Central Highlands, especially in Gia Lai and Kon Tum provinces. When coming to the church, visitors will feel surprised and will completely change the concept of ordinary church architecture because it possesses architectural lines with bold local identity.

The architecture of this church has special features in appearance and decoration according to the culture of the Jrai people. Pleichuet Church has a large size, three or four times that of a normal house, built on big wooden pillars, about 2m above the ground. The roof of the church is covered with corrugated iron, the roof is red, the roof top is designed as sharp as an arrow piercing the sky. The pillars, doors, floors or other decorative details in the church are built based on wood as the main material. The space of the church is very spacious with the veranda and the main hall. Prominent in the middle of the main hall is the altar area with the statue of Christ the Redeemer on the cross carved with meticulous and elaborate wood. Below the altar area, visitors will not see the familiar benches or kneeling tables, but instead a wide wooden floor. In front of the statue of God, there are many symbolic decorative details, the most prominent of which is the image of a miniature tree. Besides, the patterns and motifs typical for the culture of the Jrai people appear in almost every space inside the church, from the doorways, walls, ceilings to the central space of the church. Located next to Pleichuet church is the monastery of the fathers, which is easily accessible during the day because it is open continuously.
