Pasta and pizza making classes are held for no more than 10 people. After meeting at a central location students will be transferred to the kitchen where you will learn the art of Neapolitan-style pizza making. This is also the most authentic way to enjoy pizza. The chef will guide students through all the steps, from preparing the dough to cooking pizza in a wood-fired oven and learning to over 10 different pasta shapes. Students will get to make Pizza Margherita or Capricciosa and Pasta alla Carbonara or Amatriciana and much more.
After completing the course, students will enjoy pizza and pasta made by their own hands. Unlimited red wine is served for the duration of the study period. Italian-style tiramisu is prepared in advance for dessert.
