Grape wine
The land of Nho Quan is famous for the wine that is made by the traditional brewing methods of the Muong people. Sticky rice is incubated with yeast in large jars for about 3 months. Wine does not go through fire distillation like other places. The traditional way to enjoy wine is to use the hollow bamboo stem to plug directly into the bottle instead of pouring it into a cup or chun like ordinary wines.
