Before the 90s, the shop was located on Vo Thi Sau street and then moved to the current address. The shop is a lovely little house with a small yard with a very beautiful rockery. The interior of the restaurant is wooden tables and chairs, lacquer paintings, ceramic statues... in the way of Hue in the 70s. The shop has 3 floors all dedicated to serving diners.
The shop specializes in serving Hue food such as banh beo - wet shrimp lice, Hue silk rolls, wet grilled meat cake, Hue beef noodle soup, Khoai cake, whipped green bean soup. The food here is delicious and has a typical Hue original flavor that is hard to find in other restaurants. Fresh lice shrimp, Hue beef noodle soup with pure water and elegant decoration, only beef without pork rolls, crab cakes, pork like the bowls of beef vermicelli at other restaurants in Saigon. Crispy Khoai cake with fresh ingredients served with fresh salad, herbs dipped in liver sauce - pork in the traditional taste
The shop is open on weekdays from 15:00 to 20:00. Those who want to eat late after 18:00 should call to order in advance before they run out of food. The restaurant does not sell on the full moon and the first day.
