Phong Phu Limousine's 24-seat sleeper buses operating on the Da Lat – Ho Chi Minh City route are designed with single sleeper cabins, prioritizing privacy and comfort for passengers on long journeys. Each cabin has a leather-upholstered bed with a soft mattress, reclining almost flat to allow for comfortable rest throughout the trip.
The standard bed size is approximately 175–180 cm long and 60–70 cm wide, suitable for most passengers. Each sleeping compartment is usually equipped with its own curtain, reading light, USB charging port, thin blanket, pillow, and a small compartment for personal belongings. The interior of the vehicle has a very cool air conditioning system and operates relatively smoothly on mountain roads and highways, suitable for those who want a comfortable and private journey between two cities.

Requirements when boarding the vehicle
• Arrive at the office/ticket counter/bus station 30 minutes before departure to complete boarding procedures.
• Present your SMS/Email booking confirmation before boarding the bus.
• Do not bring food or food with strong odors onto the vehicle.
• No smoking, drinking alcohol, or using stimulants in the vehicle.
• Do not bring flammable or explosive materials onto the vehicle.
• Do not litter in the car.

Pets/Animals
• The transport company does not accept pets/animals.
Issue VAT invoices
• The transportation company provides VAT invoices for passenger transport services; the invoice issuance fee is 0% of the service price you have purchased.
• Please provide complete and accurate invoice information.
• The bus company refuses to reissue invoices if passengers provide incorrect information.
Parking for bicycles/motorcycles
• The transport company does not accept bicycles/motorcycles as accompanying items.

• Cancellation less than 3 days before departure: Customers will receive a 100% refund of the tour price paid.
• Cancellation less than 1 day before departure: Customers will receive a 50% refund of the tour price paid.
• Cancellation from 24 hours to the time of departure: Customers will lose 100% of the tour price paid.
