Overview

Da Nang Home Cooking Class is a great opportunity to learn about Vietnamese cuisine and culture with a local family. Start at the organic farm, learning about growing at the farm, including planting and watering before heading to the local fresh market to pick up the ingredients. You will learn the tricks of the trade in how to make the best beef Pho, fresh spring rolls, crispy stuffed pancakes ... or Da Nang local specialty Quang noodle. We run 2 menus in a week, and a vegetarian menu is available.  Your day concluded with a relaxing foot massage and tasting amazing tropical fruits! This class will help you show off your new Vietnamese cooking skill to your family and friends when you get home! Fun, engaging and very delicious.

Immerse yourself in the daily life of local farmers as you participate in traditional gardening activities. Learn how to prepare the soil, plant vegetables, and discover the sustainable farming methods that have been passed down through generations.

Continue to a vibrant local market where you will explore colorful stalls filled with fresh produce, herbs, and spices. Your guide will introduce the key ingredients used in Vietnamese cuisine and help you select the freshest items for your cooking session.
