CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

Free Cancellation: Free of charge if cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
Late Cancellation: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour start time or "No-shows" will be charged 100% of the tour price.
Force Majeure (Bad Weather): In case of extreme weather conditions or unpredictable events, the tour may be rescheduled or fully refunded upon mutual agreement.
Refund Process: Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 3–5 working days.
