- Dragon Bridge Fire Show is available only on weekends and public holidays according to the city schedule
- Night markets and rooftop venues may change depending on weather and crowd conditions
- Children policy: Children from 0 to under 5 years old are free of charge (no separate seat), children from 5 to under 10 years old are charged 75% of the tour price, children from 10 years old and above are charged as adults
- Minimum 2 guests required for tour departure
Cancellation Policy
- Before 7 days: Full refund.
- From 4 - 7 days: 30% cancellation fee.
- From 2 - 3 days: 50% cancellation fee
- Within 48 hours or No-show: 100% cancellation fee.
- Working time: Cancellation time is calculated based on working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays).
- Force majeure: In case of flight cancellation or delay due to airlines or natural disasters, Tatinta will support service rescheduling or negotiate with suppliers to minimize penalties.
