Day 1 | Hanoi Family Adventure – Culture & Old Quarter Fun (Lunch)

- Visit the Vietnam Museum of Ethnology, one of the most engaging museums for families in Hanoi. Children and parents can explore traditional houses, colorful costumes, folk toys, and cultural displays representing Vietnam’s diverse ethnic groups.
- The outdoor exhibition area offers open spaces and hands-on cultural learning opportunities, making it especially enjoyable for young travelers.
- Lunch: Enjoy lunch at a family-friendly restaurant with a cozy atmosphere and a menu suitable for both adults and children.
- Afternoon: Transfer to the hotel for check-in and relaxation.
- Enjoy a relaxing electric car tour around Hoan Kiem Lake and Hanoi Old Quarter, where families can see local streets, old houses, small shops, and the lively daily rhythm of the capital.
- Enjoy local ice cream and selected Vietnamese street snacks suitable for families.

Day 2 | Countryside Eco-Farm Experience – Airport Departure (Breakfast / Lunch)
- Morning: Breakfast at the hotel before departing for an eco-farm near Hanoi.
- Experience a family-friendly eco-farm designed for children and parents, combining countryside exploration, environmental education, and hands-on rural activities in a safe and relaxing atmosphere.
- Depending on seasonal operation and children’s age, families may enjoy vegetable gardening, harvesting, rice farming demonstrations, fishing, feeding farm animals, bamboo bridge challenges, outdoor games, traditional Vietnamese toys, or mini countryside obstacle courses.
- Children can interact with nature freely while parents enjoy peaceful countryside surroundings away from the busy city.
- Lunch: Families join a simple and fun cooking session before enjoying lunch prepared with local ingredients and traditional flavors.
- After lunch, relax and enjoy free time at the eco-farm.
- Afternoon: Return transfer to Noi Bai International Airport, Phu Minh Commune, Soc Son District, Hanoi. End of the journey.

- The itinerary is designed based on estimated flight schedules. Depending on actual arrival and departure flight times, the order of attractions or experience timing may be flexibly adjusted to optimize transportation and overall comfort for the group.
- Children Policy:
- Children under 5 years old: free of charge
- Children from 5 to under 10 years old: 75% of tour price
- Children from 10 years old and above: charged as adults
- Minimum 2 guests required for tour departure
Cancellation Policy
- Before 7 days: Full refund.
- From 4 - 7 days: 30% cancellation fee.
- From 2 - 3 days: 50% cancellation fee.
- Within 48 hours or No-show: 100% cancellation fee.
- Working time: Cancellation time is calculated based on working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays).
- Force majeure: In case of flight cancellation or delay due to airlines or natural disasters, Tatinta will support service rescheduling or negotiate with suppliers to minimize penalties.
