DAY 1: KANSAI – KOBE – OSAKA (Lunch/Dinner)

• Morning: Car takes you back to Kobe to visit:
  Hakutsuru Sake Museum: one of the famous Sake production areas in Japan, learn about the process of making Sake, then you will be able to try some delicious types of Sake.
• Kobe Port Tower: symbol of Kobe city. At night, the entire tower is lit with LED lights, creating a shimmering, magical scene. (take pictures outside)
• Noon: Lunch at a local restaurant with famous Kobe beef.
• Afternoon: The group moves to Osaka to visit:
  Osaka Castle (exterior photography): is a cultural and historical destination ranked among the "Three Great Castles" of Japan. Coming here, you will definitely not be able to help but be amazed by this magnificent but no less ancient appearance.
• Shopping at Shinsaibashi Shopping Center - the busiest commercial area in Osaka city.
• Evening: Dinner at a local restaurant. The group checked in and stayed overnight at the Osaka hotel.

DAY 2: OSAKA – KYOTO – NAGOYA/ TOYOHASHI (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner)

• Morning: Breakfast at the hotel. Then the group went through check-out procedures. The car takes the group to the train station to experience the Shinkansen bullet train (the pride of the Japanese, with a speed of 300km/h) to Kyoto.
• Thanh Thuy Pagoda: The pagoda was recognized by Unesco as a world cultural heritage in 1994. If you have the opportunity to travel to Japan, visit the ancient capital of Kyoto to admire the ancient, solemn but no less magnificent beauty. of Thanh Thuy Pagoda along with the harmonious natural landscape like a beautiful painting.
• Fushimi Inari Taisha Thousand Gate Temple: built in the 8th century and is one of the oldest temples in Japan. About 10,000 vermilion torii gates wind down a two-hour walking path. Immediately after the construction of the shrine, to demonstrate the worshipers' contributions, a torii gate would be built with their names inscribed on it. • Evening: The group has dinner at a local restaurant or hotel. You check in, rest and are free to explore Nagoya/Toyohashi city at night.

DAY 3: NAGOYA/TOYOHASHI – YAMANASHI (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner)

• Morning: Breakfast at the hotel. Then the group went through check-out procedures. The car picks you up and moves to the Fuji area to visit
• Mount Fuji - the symbol of Japan - is the highest and active volcanic peak in Japan - 3776m high and covered by 5 lakes surrounding Mount Fuji. You can visit the 5th station if the weather is good (in case of bad weather, you will visit and take pictures at the foot of the mountain).
• Oishi Park: located north of Lake Kawaguchi is a famous place to see kochia (pink grass).
• The bright red carpet of kochia under the blue sky and the majestic Mount Fuji in the distance create a beautiful scene that fascinates every visitor.
• Afternoon: Free time for shopping at Gotemba Oulet shopping center (if there is time).
• Evening: Dinner. Check in to hotel and stay overnight in Fuji. You are free to bathe in the natural hot springs within the hotel grounds in Japanese style (called Onsen in Japanese - the Japanese believe that soaking in the hot springs will cure some diseases such as joint pain and aches). fatigue... and some other diseases).

DAY 4: YAMANASHI - TOKYO (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner)

CHILDREN REGULATIONS

• Under 2 years old: 20% of tour price (sharing bed with adults)
  
• From 2 - under 12 years old: 85% of adult tour price (sharing bed with adults). One adult can only accompany 1 child. In case there are 2 children accompanying, pay for 1 child as an adult to get an extra bed.
  
• From 12 years old and up: pay as an adult.
  
• In case there is only 01 guest (adult) traveling with 01 child (under 12 years old), please pay the tour fee for the baby to sleep in its own bed.

REGISTRATION & PAYMENT REGULATIONS

• Phase 1: Deposit 10,000,000 VND/person immediately after confirming tour registration.
• Phase 2: Pay the remaining amount immediately after the Consulate issues the visa or before issuing the plane ticket (whichever comes first).

OTHER NOTES

• If you request a single room or travel alone/in an odd group of 3, 5, or 7 guests but do not have a roommate, please pay the surcharge.
• The group departs from 16 people. In case there is not enough group, the company will notify you 2 weeks in advance to postpone the flight date.
• For customers who have cosmetic surgery (eyelid surgery, chin contouring, nose augmentation, lip repair, etc.), please change your passport to a new one after cosmetic surgery. In case you use your old passport before cosmetic surgery, customs refuses entry/exit, you are fully responsible for 100% tour cancellation costs, airfare costs to Vietnam (if yes) and costs incurred due to refusal of entry/exit.
• The leaves are easily affected by outside weather conditions and turn color sooner or later. This is a force majeure case. We hope you understand and sympathize.
• For customers from 70-79 years old: the insurance fee is 150% and the maximum insurance benefit is 500 million VND/person/case. Customers must have a doctor's health check + a health commitment with the Company. Requires a relative under 60 years old to accompany.
• Restrictions on accepting guests aged 80 and over. Guests 80 years of age or older do not have insurance.
• Customers must have a health certificate and a commitment to ensure they are healthy enough to participate in the tour program and take responsibility for themselves. If there is an incident, the Travel Company is exempted from liability in this case.
• Only insured for customers participating in the tour and incidents occurring during the travel period from the date of entry to the end of the tour. In case the customer continues treatment after the end of the tour as directed by the health agency, they will also be insured based on documents and invoices from the health agency for the insurance company to consider and compensate according to the contract. Contract signed with the travel company. The amount of compensation the insurance company will pay is not based on all of your bills.
• Due to the process of building the tour 3-4 months before departure, some destinations in the program may change to suit the departure time of each tour.
• Tour price does not include visa costs to re-enter Vietnam for overseas Vietnamese and foreigners.
• In case you are not allowed to exit and enter the country for personal reasons, the travel company will not be responsible and will not refund the tour fee.
• If you are an overseas Vietnamese or foreigner with a separate visa, you must bring it with you when on tour.
  The order and details of the program can be changed to suit the objective situation (weather, traffic...)
• The travel company will not be responsible for ensuring tourist attractions in cases of natural disasters, security incidents, aviation incidents, etc.
• When registering for a tour, please carefully read the program, tour price, items included and not included in the program, and tour cancellation conditions on the payment receipt.
• In case you do not directly register for the tour but someone else registers, please carefully learn the program from the person who registered for you.
• Because flights depend on the airline, in some cases flight times may be changed without prior notice.
  
  

TOUR CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
If you cancel the tour, you must pay tour cancellation fees and air ticket cancellation fees according to the terms below:

• Cancellation 30 - 45 days in advance: 10% of total tour price
• Cancellation 20 - 29 days in advance: 20% of total tour price
• Cancellation 15 - 19 days before: 40% of total tour price
• Cancellation 6 - 14 days in advance: 75% of total tour price
  
• Cancellation 5 days before: 100% of total tour price
• If you cancel your trip after the Embassy or Consulate has issued a visa: The travel company has the right to cancel the existing visa.
  
• Cancellation of tour with the company must be notified directly via fax, e-mail and must be confirmed by the travel company. Cancellations over the phone are not accepted.
