NIGHT 1: HO CHI MINH CITY – CHUBU AIRPORT Overnight on the plane

You gather at the International Departure Terminal, Tan Son Nhat Airport. Check in for Vietnam Airlines flight VN 342 (00:25 - 07:35) to Nagoya - Japan. You stay overnight on the plane.

DAY 1: NAGOYA – SHIRAKAWAGO - TOYAMA Breakfast on the plane/Lunch/Dinner

Morning: Expected at 7:35 am , the group will arrive at Chubu airport and complete immigration procedures. The car will take you to visit:

• Takayama Old Town – is a group of three main streets in the center of Takayama City , with iconic architecture creating a nostalgic atmosphere, widely considered to be one of the best preserved areas in Japan with the title of 'Little Kyoto'

Lunch: The group has lunch at a local restaurant. Then you continue your tour :

• Shirakawago ancient village :   Nestled in the majestic Hida Mountains in Gifu Prefecture, this village is one of the best-preserved ancient villages in Japan. Most of the houses are built in the traditional Gassho-zukuri architectural style, with steep, thatched roofs that resemble two hands clasped in prayer.

Evening: Dinner at a local restaurant. Check in and stay overnight at a hotel in Toyama.

DAY 2: KUROBE - NAGANO Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner

Morning: Breakfast at the hotel. Then the group checks out. The car picks up the group to visit:

• Kurobe Gorge Railway or Kurotetsu is one of the most beautiful railway lines in Japan, running through Kurobe Kyokoku Gorge, in the east of Toyama Prefecture. The 80-minute train journey will take you to explore the wild scenery of nature on a winding route of about 20km long, passing through more than 20 bridges and 40 tunnels with steep cliffs, towering mountain peaks or iron bridges suspended in the air. The trains stop at several stations along the way, where visitors can stop and explore the natural scenery here .

The most beautiful scene here is probably in autumn, when the leaves turn a brilliant red, dyeing the entire mountain range red.

DAY 3: NAGANO – MATSUMOTO - YAMANASHI Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner

Morning: Have breakfast at the hotel. Then the group checks out. The car picks you up and moves to the Matsumoto area to visit:

• Matsumoto Castle: is one of the “Three Great National Castles” and “a national treasure set amidst beautiful natural scenery with a long history”.   Matsumoto Castle has a castle structure decorated with a characteristic black paint color, creating a majestic and solemn atmosphere.

• Admire Momiji Kairo - " Maple Leaf Tunnel" on the shore of Lake Kawaguchiko, see the white peak of Mount Fuji standing out among the bright red maple leaves.

• Free shopping at Gotemba Premium Outlet shopping mall ( if time permits) .

DAY 4: YAMANASHI - TOKYO - NARITA Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner

Morning: Breakfast at the hotel. Then the group checks out. The car picks you up to visit:

• Mount Fuji – the symbol of Japan – is an active volcano and the highest in Japan – 3776m high and is surrounded by 5 lakes surrounding Mount Fuji. You can visit the 5th station if the weather is good (in case of bad weather, you will visit and take pictures at the foot of the mountain) .

Noon & afternoon: The car takes the group back to the center of Tokyo for lunch and sightseeing:

• Asakusa Kannon Temple – also known as Sensō-ji is an ancient temple located in Asakusa, Taito, Tokyo, Japan. It can be said that this is the oldest and most important temple in Japan. The temple was built specifically to worship Bodhisattva Avalokitesvara. Don't forget to take a walk around Nakamise walking street , a shopping street about 250m long, stretching from the Thunder Gate to the Hozomon Gate, which was formed in 1685 with many sophisticated traditional handicraft products, and has spiritual meaning.

• Take a photo with Tokyo Skytree from the Sumida River (if there is time)

• Shopping in Akihabara shopping paradise : a bustling commercial center famous for its electronics stores from small to large scale (if there is time)

DAY 5: NARITA – HO CHI MINH CITY Breakfast/Lunch on the plane

After breakfast, the car will pick up the group to Narita International Airport to check in for the flight. VN307 (09:30 ~ 14:10) about Ho Chi Minh City

Expected 14:10 The group arrives at Tan Son Nhat International Airport .

The tour guide says goodbye to the group and ends the program.

• If you request a single room or are traveling alone/in a group of 3, 5, or 7 people but have no one to share a room with, you will have to pay an additional fee.

• Departure group from 16 people. In case there is not enough group, the company will notify you 02 weeks in advance to postpone the flight date.

• For customers who have undergone cosmetic surgery (eyelid surgery, chin reduction, nose lift, lip surgery, etc.), please change to a new passport after the cosmetic surgery. In case you use your old passport before the cosmetic surgery and customs refuse to exit/enter the country, you will be fully responsible for 100% of the tour cancellation fee, the airfare to Vietnam (if any) and any other costs incurred due to the refusal to exit/enter the country.

• The season of yellow and red leaves is easily affected by the weather conditions outside, so the leaves turn color sooner or later. This is a case of force majeure, we hope you understand and sympathize.

• For customers aged 70-79: the insurance premium is 150% and the maximum insurance benefit is 500 million VND/person/case. Customers must have a doctor's health check + health commitment with the Company. A relative under 60 years old is required to accompany them.

• Restricted from accepting guests aged 80 and over. Guests aged 80 and over do not have insurance. Customers must have a health certificate and a commitment to ensure good health to participate in the tour program and take responsibility for themselves. If there is an incident, the travel company is exempted from responsibility in this case.

• Only insures customers participating in tours and incidents occurring during the tour from the date of entry to the end of the tour. In case the customer continues to receive treatment after the end of the tour according to the instructions of the health authority, the insurance will also be based on the documents and invoices of the health authority for the insurance company to review and compensate according to the contract signed with the travel agency. The amount of compensation paid by the insurance company is not based on all of your invoices.

• Due to the tour development process 3-4 months before departure, some destinations in the program may change to suit the departure time of each tour.

• Tour price does not include visa re-entry fee to Vietnam for overseas Vietnamese and foreigners.

• In case you are not allowed to exit or enter the country for personal reasons, the travel company will not be responsible and will not refund the tour fee.

• If the guest is an overseas Vietnamese or a foreigner with a separate visa, he/she must bring it with him/her on the tour.

• The order and details in the program may change to suit objective situations (weather, traffic, etc.)

• The travel company will not be responsible for ensuring the tourist attractions in case of natural disasters, security incidents, aviation incidents, etc.

• When registering for a tour, please read carefully the program, tour price, inclusions and exclusions in the program, tour cancellation conditions on the payment receipt. In case you do not register for the tour directly but have someone else register for you, please learn carefully about the program from the person who registered for you.

• As flights are dependent on the airline, in some cases flight times may be changed without prior notice.

If the tour is canceled, the customer must pay the tour cancellation fee and airline ticket cancellation fee according to the terms below:

• Cancellation 30 – 45 days in advance: 10% of total tour price

• Cancellation 20 – 29 days in advance: 20% of total tour price

• Cancellation 15 - 19 days in advance: 40% of total tour price

• Cancellation 06 – 14 days in advance: 75% of total tour price

• Cancellation 05 days in advance: 100% of total tour price

• In case the customer cancels the tour with a visa, the Company will keep the visa until it expires (tour cancellation time is calculated for working days, excluding Saturdays and Sundays).

• If you cancel your tour after the Embassy or Consulate has issued your visa: The travel company has the right to cancel the visa.

• Tour cancellations must be notified directly to the company via fax or email and must be confirmed by the Travel Company. Cancellations by phone are not accepted.
