Whether it's a chocolate making class, a cheese class or a baking class, all ingredients used are high quality Swiss and traditional recipes. The “Best of Swiss: Cheese and Chocolate Class” gourmet experience class is highly appreciated and loved by visitors from all over the world. Experience the gourmet side of Swiss cuisine through cheese tasting, chocolate tasting to whip up the perfect meringue and soufflé in the lovely vintage-style kitchen. A perfect balance between sweet and savory.

Class content includes:

- Find out what makes Swiss cheese & chocolate special

- High quality cheese and chocolate tasting

- Learn how to make and bake two souffles, one with cheese, one with chocolate

- Enjoy tea/coffee and chat with other practitioners.

Fun classes for all ages. All ingredients are of Swiss origin and gluten-free (starch free)

The class lasts from 2-2.5 hours in English.
