This sake bar has everything from vintage bottles to the freshest, along with a food menu that includes local delicacies and international staples. Each dish is chosen in such a way as to bring out the beauty of Sake, not the other way around. Drinks are served by the glass, and for first-timers, there are three tasting sets that cost 1200 yen.

The owner, Yoram, an Israeli, is a knowledgeable man and passionate about Sake. He speaks softly, is fluent in English and Japanese, gently guides his customers through a variety of impressive flavors and happily explains how to make each of the fine drinks. So diners can chat and learn knowledge and experience about Sake from the shop owner. There are many customers after coming to this place who have confessed that they didn't know anything about sake before - until they came to this bar one evening to be lectured and tasted the wine and delicious food there and they felt like a whole new world of alcohol has opened up.

The bar is only open at night. In the afternoon, the owner of this quiet establishment and every evening serves at Yoramu Soba, a soba noodle shop. Remember this is a small bar and can accommodate up to 12 people. Try and get there as soon as possible to get a seat at the counter
