Each bowl of noodles is a work of culinary art that Nattapong has taken decades to master. This is considered a culinary heritage because it has been around for decades, first created by Nattapong's grandfather when he opened a small restaurant near the Chao Phraya River nearly 60 years ago. The stall was then moved to another location before transforming into a two-story establishment in Ekamai, central Bangkok, where the soup had been simmering since before Nattapong was born.
