Sushi Mirai was established in 2002 by Sushiman Aquira. With the desire to bring Japanese flavors to Venice, Sushiman Aquira opened the first Japanese restaurant here.

Sushi Mirai has been at the Grand Canal since 2013, an innovative sushi experience paired with a wide range of cocktails and a prestigious selection of teas.

The quality and freshness of ingredients are essential in Japanese cuisine, as is the technique and precision required to prepare the dishes.
