"After many years of working experience in European countries such as Germany, the Netherlands, Italy... brothers Thomas and Mathias have come to Thailand to settle down in a charming villa built over the years. 1970 is located in the center of Bangkok. They almost kept the entire architecture of the house, they just remodeled it a little bit and opened a restaurant where they could unleash their creativity and invite their guests and friends. I come to discover German cuisine."

Located in a quiet neighborhood in the heart of Bangkok, the restaurant features four different dining spaces, including a conservatory overlooking a lush garden and an open kitchen where diners can view the tops. The kitchen performs cooking techniques.

Sühring serves the most modern German cuisine inspired by two brothers' childhood memories, family recipes and years of travel. They have skillfully combined the quintessence of traditional dishes with influences from contemporary Central European culinary culture. All are upgraded to high-class cuisine. Mathias and Thomas invite guests to their home, giving them a warm welcome in a comfortable and elegant space.

Sühring introduces diners to outstanding dishes and elevates traditional German dishes. The menu is constantly changed about every two to three months. Sühring standout dishes include Spätzle & Truffle, an egg noodle dish found in southern Germany, served with mushrooms and Alpine cheese, or Labskaus, a Northern German dish made with beef. , radish, herring and eggs.
