The chic restaurant is housed in a beautiful castle that serves as an impressive backdrop serving exquisite French cuisine.

The restaurant was designed by famous resort designer Bill Bensley, he was inspired by Madame Pearl Collins. At that time, Madame Pearl Collins was an upper-class woman in the French colonial period, she loved lavish parties, loved the color pink and had a talent for cooking, especially French dishes.

The dining areas feature a bold mix of plush furnishings, eye-catching patterns and splashes of bright pink. With upholstered details and ornate tiles and rugs, the main dining room exudes a chic yet airy atmosphere, while French doors and large windows bring sunlight and the sea inside. . Diners when dining at Pink Pearl can order Phu Quoc sea urchin combined with French "savoir faire", the dish is the perfect combination of European and Asian cuisine. Opera Pearl Marou Chocolate is the perfect dessert to end your meal, featuring the famous 74% Vietnamese dark chocolate along with local coffee.
