Profile
David Bottreau took over Les Fables de la Fontaine from mentor Christian Constant in 2005. Since then, Bottreau has hired young and talented chef Julia Sedefdjian as head chef. At the same time, architect Luis Aleluia completely redesigned the place, creating lightness from wood, natural stone and wrought iron.
The seafood dishes served in the restaurant are classics adapted from the kitchens of Nice and elsewhere on the French Riviera. The weekday lunch menu is sure to impress you and give the Carte Blanche Menu a try as it's worth every penny review.
You should book a table in advance if you don't want to wait in long lines.
The cost is around €56 - €75 ;
