Indian Acent Restaurant

Indian Accent is considered one of the best restaurants in the capital and is located near the Lodhi Hotel in New Delhi. Headed by acclaimed head chef Manish Mehrotra, critically acclaimed for his “innovative Indian style” cooking, a fusion of Indian and international cuisine by creative fusion between traditional and unfamiliar ingredients. The restaurant has a separate dining room and main dining room with marble floors, spacious tables with white tablecloths and a beautiful bar. A contemporary Indian menu designed by executive chef Manish Mehrotra, with options for both vegetarians and non-vegetarians, appeals to the adventurous while satisfying the traditional palate. The restaurant is also thoughtful when creating a trial menu, as well as a quite extensive a la carte menu. Signature dishes are blue cheese, others include spicy cauliflower shorba soup, Tandoori bacon shrimp with Malai wasabi, crab with tamarind sauce with coconut curry and green beans, Chettinad keema chicken vermicelli with chicken lime curry, macaroni and sago, minced chicken, boti roast lamb butter, pancake, flatbread, Panipurai (crispy sphere) with coriander and chickpea tabbouleh. There are a variety of exotic cakes such as apple wood bacon kulcha along with traditional flatbreads, (roti, naans, parathas). Varied desserts include pineapple pygmy tandoori with vanilla ice cream, apple crab ice cream mousse, hazelnut and whiskey ice cream, burgers, herbal yoghurt with chutney.
