Profile
The Bazaar Meat restaurant offers a meat-centric dining experience by Michelin-starred chef José Andrés with a space created by visionary designer Philippe Starck.
The restaurant's dining room features French-inspired elegance best expressed through its neutral palette, sparkling chandeliers and artwork. In the large space of the restaurant, diners can still smell the smell of the stove and the aroma of the meat dishes being processed.
Bazaar Meet immerses diners in a Spanish-style dining experience, in a playful, daring atmosphere. The food at the restaurant is all about creativity as a driving force, a good example is the foie gras cotton candy that was launched shortly after California's foie gras ban was lifted. Diners will feel the sweetness when tasting, then the familiar greasy taste of foie gras, this is a good dish to start while waiting for the main dish to be processed. The meat dishes at the restaurant are cooked to perfection at the right temperature, the outside smells of smoke and slightly burnt but the inside has a rich, harmonious taste.
At Bazaar Meat By José Andrés, there will be a trolley serving desserts to diners with a variety of choices. The restaurant's wine list is mostly suitable for pairing with meat dishes. In addition, the restaurant also serves wines from the Iberian peninsula, home of chef José Andrés, and a selection of wines from California, Oregon, and Sicily.
Bazaar Meat By José Andrés has been voted “Best of Las Vegas 2018 - Fine Dining” by Las Vegas Review-Journal for its dedication to the colorful culinary scene of Las Vegas.
