For cheese lovers or curious about famous traditional Swiss food – become an expert in making fondue in less than an hour at the 3-star boutique hotel restaurant Hotel Eldeweiss . This short workshop promises to turn anyone into an expert in fondue making. Attendees will even receive a certificate declaring themselves a “Fondue Expert” at the end of the session.
Lessons with the restaurant's chef will last from 30 to 45 minutes and include an additional 30-minute tasting, plus 1 drink of your choice. If there are 3 or less participants, the lesson will take place in the kitchen. From 4 students or more, the lesson will take place in the main area of the restaurant.
The class is divided into 2 workshops: "Fondue Discovery" is the most basic class and "Suississime" is a class that includes dinner, students can choose a dish after trying fondue, choose from "Meat fondue" and potatoes. French fries, or “Complete Roesti” are pan-fried potatoes with cheese, eggs, and bacon, both options served with fish fillets and chips. “Suississime” also has an artisanal meringue dessert with double Gruyère cream and red fruit puree.
