The sea

The dishes here are a fusion of local "tropical" ingredients and classic French recipes, with flavors inspired by the south of France. Diners can choose 1 of 3 fixed menus. In addition, the restaurant also owns a diverse wine collection. The glasses of wine accompanying the dish will definitely make the evening more full and perfect.

The spacious, airy and luxurious space with a view to the Pacific Ocean is also a highlight contributing to the attractiveness of La Mer. The real interior of the restaurant is largely decorated with delicately carved bamboo and brown wood details. The warm yellow light and green branches and vibrant tropical flowers give the restaurant space a very Hawaiian elegance.

* La Mer is only available in the evenings. However, diners can request a private lunch service.

** To preserve the restaurant's overall formal atmosphere, diners are required to wear proper evening attire . Men should wear jackets, trousers, long-sleeve collared shirts, closed-toe shoes or Aloha-style tops. Jeans and golf shirts will not be allowed in the restaurant.
